Terms and Conditions

By visiting strawberrysaturn.com or booking a consultation on the website you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following policy as well as the Terms and Conditions found here.

Online Booking:
- All consultations can be booked online through our website at strawberrysaturn.com.
Availability:
- Please refer to our booking page for real-time availability, as it will vary.
Appointment Confirmation:
- Upon successfully booking a consultation, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your appointment, including the time, date, and any additional instructions.

Payment Methods:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Currency:
- All fees are quoted and processed in USD, unless otherwise stated.
Consultation Fees:
- The fee for each consultation depends on the type and length of the session.
- Please refer to our booking page for the most up-to-date pricing information.

Cancellations:
- You may cancel your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your consultation, you may do so up to 24 hours in advance without any additional charge.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment is not permitted, and you will need to book a new session.
No-Show Policy:
- If you do not attend your scheduled consultation and fail to notify us within the 24-hour window, no refund or rescheduling will be available.

If you arrive late for a session, your consultation will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other clients. Full payment will still apply.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to consider this a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Online Consultations:
- All consultations are conducted online via Zoom.
- You will receive a link for the consultation in your confirmation email or a reminder email prior to the session.
Technical Issues:
- It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection for the consultation.
- If there are significant technical difficulties on your side and the consultation cannot proceed, you will need to reschedule.

Zoom Recordings:
- With your consent, we offer the option to record your Zoom consultation.
- The recording will be available for download for 10 days after the date of the appointment.
- You will receive a link to download the recording via email after the session.
Storage Duration:
- After 10 days, the recording will be permanently deleted from our system.
- Please ensure you download and save the file within this timeframe, as we cannot retrieve it afterward.
Privacy: The recordings will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.

Refunds:
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled consultation.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows.
Consultation Dissatisfaction:
- While we aim to provide a positive experience, we do not guarantee any specific results from consultations.
- By using our services, you acknowledge that astrology and Human Design is interpretive and subject to personal views, and no refund will be provided based on the outcome or your perception of the session.
